Romney Sued for Racketeering

This blog's founder sued Mitt Romney, Bain Capital and Goldman Sachs, for Racketeering, on October 18, 2013.

Many have posted about the story, in minor media outlets; and - soon - when main stream media takes NOTE that the New York law firm of Relkin has now become involved (see Press "Relkin Law Tackles Romney Racketeering Case"), then (hopefully) many major media outlets will take a look at the Racketeering facts - also.

Of the many items throughout the web, this is the original Press Release (HERE), DailyKos's "War on Error" thread (here), Liberals Unite piece by a journalist turned into Facebook wonderful friend - Ann Werner (HERE) and Addicting Info's Nathaniel Downs item (appropriately - titled)  "Romney Slapped with Racketeering"

There are over 169 online items written about our cases and/or our founders battles against Tom Petters, Paul Traub, Mitt Romney, Bain Capital and Goldman Sachs.

Over 2 dozen parties are in jail (including Traub's partners of Tom Petters and Marc Dreier).

Inexplicably and intolerably, these parties have been documented to openly break the law, confess it was intentional and then - enigmatically - they get off 'Scot Free' - again and again and again.

And that ain't right!

This is why Fighting-Corruption.com backs people who have a chance to make a difference. Such as Senator Elizabeth Warren and Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. Both are on the record, many times, about the fact that no federal agency is willing to prosecute Wall Street banks who repeatedly break the law, stealing billions and pay (what appears to be big) settlements. Corrupt prosecutors help Wall Street fraudsters to pay pretense fines -

  • that are nothing more than - a cost of doing bizness.

How many crimes are required, for federal agents and agencies to get (properly) involved - to arrest syndicated efforts to assault the Constitution of the United States, while simultaneously breaching the integrity of the judicial process? In our cases, specifically eToys.com federal bankruptcy case, Paul Traub's law firm confessed to deliberately leaving falsities to stand before the court - to deceive it - and leave a PLAN to continued success.

We have documented over 100 crimes,

involving over $1 Billion in fraud schemes, lathering, rinsing and repeating.

big, Big, BIG

actions coming soon - Please stay tuned!

Romney's Retroctive Secret Includes Owning a U.S. Attorney

Stealing His Way to Toys R Us

Mitt Romney's "retroactive" secrets.

If you ever (really) want to know what Willard Mitt Romney's "retroactive" secrets are, then all you have to do is look at the facts of The Learning Company, Stage Stores, Kay Bee, Paul Traub, Colm Connolly and the eToys cases.

Plain as the nose on one's face, is the fact that Capone could never "retroactively" retire from organized crimes.

But Romney did it!

Romney's Now The Leader of the Republican Party

Here's a 'Red Herring' for you

- from former POTUS wannabe Newt Gingrich

In January 2012, Mitt Romney's campaign were well aware that they had a Laser Haas/ eToys/ Colm Connolly/ Bain Capital "retroactive" problem. So they decided to play the public and main stream media like a fiddle.

Reportedly, Newt Gingrich was politically attacking Mitt Romney and his entity owned 100% by Mitt (Bain Capital) via the Presidential campaign of Newt Gingrich releasing a documentary titled -

"King of Bain [Capital]: When Mitt Romney Came to Town"

HOWEVER - what Newt's campaign and the main stream media (Please never forget that Romney owns Bain Capital that owns Clear Channel Channel {now iHeart}; which - in turn - owns Beck, Rush Limbaugh and Hannity programs) - is that the film was reportedly funded by Sheldon Adelson (reported giving around $100 million support to Romney POTUS SuperPAC) and was actually produced by a former Romney campaign worker.

Both the "King of Bain" and Rolling Stone's September 2012 Matt Taibbi cover story "Greed and Debt"

failed to discuss our eToys case - that could put Mitt Romney behind bars - for RACKETEERING!

See this "King of Bain: When Romney came to town" and know that we will NEVER quit seeking justice!

Stay Tuned - Much more to come!
